This is a quick 10 minute Kettlebell Workout that I filmed for my friend BJ Gaddour for his project SteamFit.
Your goal here is 10 rounds in 10 minutes but please start where you are. Keep your form tight and clean. 5 repetitions of the kettlebell clean and press per side for 10 rounds in 10 minutes.
I use a non-traditional version of the kettlebell clean where I pull vertically from the floor. It's considered non-traditional but I love this variation. I often do it from a deficit by standing on a low box or platform.
